Nurse Care: Here for you
Nurse Care is a network of experts from Charles Nechtem Associates, a nurse assistance program administrator with 35 years of experience providing services to caregivers. They are licensed psychologists, social workers and marriage and family therapists who have the experience and connections to give you a hand.
- How does it work? You have free access to unlimited phone support. When you call, a counselor will help identify your options and work with you to develop a plan. If your concern is more serious or if you prefer to see someone in person, your counselor will help you find a therapist near where you live or work. The program includes unlimited phone calls and three free face-to-face sessions with a specialist.
- What is the cost? There is no cost to you for HCA Nurse Care counseling services. Your HCA Nurse Care counselor may direct you to additional resources, including services that your medical plan covers.
- Will anyone find out I called? Absolutely not. Charles Nechtem Associates does not provide any identifying information to HCA Healthcare. Information is only released if the caller provides permission or causes the counselor to believe the caller is a danger to themself or others—which results in a legal requirement to release information.
