MyScheduler: new and improved schedule management
You spoke, and we listened! MyScheduler is a new Facility Scheduler view designed specifically for our colleagues, and you will no longer access Facility Scheduler after the implementation.
Benefits of MyScheduler:
- Provides a calendar interface for viewing and managing schedules
- Identifies and recommends potential colleagues for shift trades and auto-approves the trade for recommended colleagues
- Allows requests for open needs or PTO directly from the calendar view
- Enables unavailability to be entered and viewed on the calendar
- Includes ability to opt-in for text notifications

CommonWell Health Alliance Participation
HCA Healthcare will implement CommonWell Health Alliance, a leading national interoperability network focused on data exchange. Clinical information can be accessed as needed from all Meditech and Patientkeeper-utilizing acute care facilities. HCA Healthcare facilities can access clinical information from any CommonWell participants via our existing health information exchange (HIE) tools like Clinical Viewer and Smart Agent.
