Supply chain issue resolution—Coming soon!
Nurses will be able to submit tickets addressing supply chain item needs, order status, item add/modify/delete and product issues by clicking the “Facility Supply Chain” button coming soon on ServiceCentral.
The new feature will be rolled out enterprise-wide in three phases:
- November 15, 2021 – Capital, Continental, Gulf Coast, South Atlantic, TriStar
- December 13, 2021 – East Florida, MidAmerica, Mountain, North Florida, West Florida
- January 10, 2022 – Central West Texas, Far West, North Texas, San Antonio, North Carolina

Galen College of Nursing students gain experience working alongside HCA Healthcare colleagues
As healthcare facilities prepared for the unknown of COVID-19, nursing students experienced unexpected delays in their clinical rotations.
Through an innovative collaboration between HCA Healthcare’s National Contact Center Management (NCCM) and Galen College of Nursing, 40 soon-to-be graduates participated in a customized clinical rotation that allowed the opportunity to complete necessary clinical rotations.
