HCA Healthcare Journal of Medicine — Call for Papers

HCA Healthcare Journal of Medicine

The HCA Healthcare Journal of Medicine is a peer-reviewed scientific periodical focused on innovation, enhanced quality and developing new knowledge in clinical care and medical education for the benefit of all patients. All journal issues are available at HCA Healthcare Journal.

The journal is currently seeking submissions for a special issue entitled “Health Equity in Medicine.” Themes include, but are not limited to, unconscious bias, social determinants of health, microaggressions, disability issues, the LGBTQ+ community and COVID-19 impacts. Submissions are due Dec. 31. The journal will consider articles for all sections: News and Editorials, Education, Clinical Reviews, Case Reports, Research and Humanities. Please encourage your clinicians to submit their work. Those who do so should note explicitly in their cover letter that the submission is for consideration for this special issue.
